THE SEVEN TREASURES, PART I

Every Frequency presents an opportunity to enter into a creative dialogue with Life. Around this time one year ago, we found that every Frequency contributed at least one match that we could carry forward as a mantra. (A Mantra is a phrase designed for easy repetition - to empower or awaken or uplift.) We found that this worked well regardless of the term length we applied it to: a day, a month, a year, or even the duration of a life. Since we had only just invented the (exciting!) Lightyear Ledger, we began by seeking mantras for our Personal Lightyear, and then repeated this same process for the month (using the Colossal Abundance Number). The ritual proved massively rewarding. We happily repeated it each month.
On July 11 (2025), we found ourselves surprised by an impressive revelation: there were other treasures waiting to be seen! We noticed four new types of messages that day, producing what we then referred to as Five Treasures. Together, they were: Instruction, Promise, Lesson, Mantra, Claim. On November 3, we added two new Treasures (after recognizing them a few months back). They were: the Image + the Title, very neatly rounding out the other five. We now go ‘treasure hunting’ for a polished Seven Treasures in each Frequency we’re guided to explore. The process we’ve perfected looks like this:
1. Type your Frequency into the Words Table, then press Enter.
2. Scroll through qualifying matches to assemble any that read like INSTRUCTIONS.
3. Once complete, revisit your new ‘short list’ of INSTRUCTIONS. Select your very favorite for the spot.
4. Repeat Steps 2 + 3 for every Treasure. Review your Final Seven as a group.
5. Return to contemplate your Treasures often.
