THE BODY ORACLE

You may have noticed that Lara + I use the word ‘oracle’ rather liberally. This is, in fact, a word we have creatively reclaimed. Like many of the words we’ve chosen to redeem (and greatly cherish), the word ‘oracle’ needed only to be lifted from the fog of misrepresentation + returned to a constructive application. In our world, we define an Oracle as: any mechanism through which Life has been permitted to communicate a message. This new definition helps remind us of the Living Conversation each of us has been invited to resume: a conversation that is personal, empowered, inexhaustibly creative, and completely free.
The messages arrive in countless forms. A license plate, a song stuck in your head, a special time of day, a card pulled from your favorite deck, a magical encounter with an animal, a certain word. All that remains is to extract the meaning from the message - which is what our work with Frequencies achieves. Simply follow any word or phrase to its specific Frequency - or any Number to its matching words - and marvel at the benefit you meet.
Perhaps one of our favorite new findings is a means by which the body can communicate directly! Simply step up on a scale + note the weight. Follow that same number through to our Words Table + enjoy the correspondence you receive.
On New Year’s Day of 2026, my body weight revealed almost 300 unique messages - every one of them encouraging + bright. I found myself attracted to a phrase. It said: You Are Shining Out in All Directions.
Weeks later, I selected Seven Treasures, too. Here’s what I found:
